Youth and Family Services
This program provides counseling to youth age 10-18 and families in schools, community resource centers, teen health centers or at Third Level's office. The program is designed to improve youth development, improve family functioning and reunite families. Our youth and family counselors work with youth who have threatened to or have run away, are homeless or throwaway youth experiencing any family conflict or in need of protection. - Outreach services to local schools and health centers
- Short term shelter and care for runaway or homeless youths
