Our Mission
Third Level helps youth, adults and families to grow, change and thrive during times of crisis and life transitions. Third Level Crisis Center is a non-profit agency that has been providing crisis services and counseling to anyone who asks in northern lower Michigan for over 40 years. Our services are free and available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
