Transitional Living

Transitional Living Program is a program for 16-20 year olds to help them with skills to live independently. Some of the skills that youth can learn are: Budgeting , transportation and and housing skills, how to find and maintain jobs, college and high school registration, time management, cooking, social skills, nutrition planning, navigation of social services in the community, physical and dental health skills, parenting or family planning if needed.

The Transitional Living Program is an 18 month program that can help homeless or runaway youth transition into living independently. The program is voluntary and is a program for youth who are willing to be responsible and learn a variety of skills over the course of the program.
